Play starts at 2:00 tomorrow so there should be plenty of time for a good sleep tonight. We're here far later than planned but at least we've arrived. Shared a cab with a young woman who was staying at the Metropole and who quibled over 5 euro with our driver. The Metropole starts at 400 euro a night! Zoe and I are staying at an apartment hotel in Beausoleil about 10 minutes from the Fairmont but in France rather than Monoco. Seems perfectly pleasant but smells a bit funny. Zoe is happy here. Unfortunately I lost to Zoe at Yahtzee on the plane. Had to roll 2 threes in 15 dice. And failed. Pah. Let's hope my luck turns for tomorrow.
