In my inexperience I would wait. If it all goes wrong you are not going to be gammoned . Hit and close the three point and you have a slim chance of a gammon. miss and close the three point likewise but pick up the blot later. Double now and you will get dropped anyway so its one point if you double and one/possibly two if you don't?
